Dan Bramble got his master licence in 1998 and worked out of a single van for the first nine years. His two sons came into the business in 2016 and 2019, which is where the name came from and why nobody here calls it anything but the family trade.
A lot of what we do is old housing stock — Plymouth has plenty of it. Mixed copper and galvanised, additions plumbed by whoever was available, and shut-offs in places that make no sense. Knowing the local stock is most of the job.
We keep emergency capacity free every single day rather than booking the diary solid. It costs us some revenue and it’s the reason someone can actually come out when your ceiling is coming down.
